Flex Pay/Layaway Plan
We are so pleased to offer great boutique clothing to our customers, but understand that high quality items can be costly. In an effort to keep your children always dressed their best, we offer a Flex Pay/Layaway Plan on our items. This offer is good on ALL New Boutique presale and instock items. Items purchased from our Resale Boutique are not eligible for this offer.
Terms and Conditions
Our Flex Pay/Layaway Plan allows for up to 3 installment payments, based on your purchase subtotal (minus taxes and shipping). After your inital payment is made at checkout, your remaining balance will be split into equal payments of 1 or 2 additonal payments based on the plan you choose. Please note, ALL ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY DRAFTED FROM THE ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO MAKE YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT! THIS IS DONE VIA PAYPAL. Your final invoice will include all applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Flex Pay/Layaway Rules
Once you have placed an item on our Flex Pay/Layaway Plan, we will remove the item from our inventory. This means that no one else will have access to purchasing it. Because of this, all payments made are NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS.
If your item goes unpaid and you have not communicated with us regarding this issue within 7 days of your payment due date, we reserve the right to cancel your order and all prior payments received will be forfeited.
We must receive your full payment before any part of your purchase can be shipped.
If at any time your address changes while before your order is shipped, it is your responsibility to notify us. We will not be responsible for items mailed to an incorrect address on file. If this happens and your purchase is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charges to ship to your new address.
Our Flex Pay/Layaway Plan is an option that we urge our customers to take advantage of. However, we ask that you please understand these terms and conditons. They will be strictly enforced.
